These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LECH & CO online store and the purchase of products offered through our website.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable law.

2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the LECH & CO online store.
Our store offers beauty, skincare, haircare and related cosmetic products to consumers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing, shipping and contact information is correct.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, characteristics and other information displayed in our store are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings and, where applicable, normal variations in packaging or production.
Please review the product description, ingredients and instructions before using a cosmetic product.
Products must be used according to their intended purpose and the instructions supplied with or displayed for the product.
4. PRICES
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed in our online store at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed or handled in accordance with applicable tax law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order.
For destinations outside the European Union, additional import VAT, customs duties or other charges may be imposed by local authorities. Where such charges are not collected by LECH & CO during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Products displayed in our store may be ordered subject to availability.
Before submitting an order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, shipping information and total price.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving payment problems, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or technical errors, unavailable products or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment providers made available through our online store.
The customer must be authorized to use the selected payment method and must provide accurate payment information.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the countries and regions made available during checkout.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment and logistics partners acting on behalf of LECH & CO.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather or other disruptions.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights the customer has under applicable consumer law in relation to delivery, loss or damage during transportation.
For certain destinations outside the European Union, including Switzerland and Norway, the recipient may be responsible for applicable local import taxes, customs duties and/or handling charges where these are not collected at checkout.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.
Detailed information concerning withdrawals, returns, refunds, damaged products and the applicable procedure is provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms and Conditions limits statutory consumer rights.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an applicable statutory exception applies. In particular, this may apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed, where the requirements of applicable law are satisfied.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order number and sufficient information to allow us to investigate the issue. Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
10. PRODUCT USE AND COSMETICS
Customers should read product labels, ingredient information, warnings and usage instructions before use.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, you should carefully review the ingredient list before using a product.
Stop using a product if you experience an unwanted reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Information provided on our website about skincare, haircare, cosmetics or beauty is intended as general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability.
We may modify our product range or discontinue products at any time. This does not affect orders that have already resulted in a binding contract, except where otherwise permitted by law.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill the order, we will inform you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.
12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may reject the use of a promotional code where it has expired, does not satisfy its stated conditions or is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the LECH & CO website, including our branding, text, graphics, layout and original content, is owned by or licensed to LECH & CO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product materials and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Content from our website may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, analytics and other technical services.
LECH & CO is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to operate the online store.
The use of third-party services does not remove any responsibility that LECH & CO has toward consumers under applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, including to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available through our online store.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
